Founder

Marcus started Gray after too many houses were left with a keypad nobody trusted. He still joins surveys when a layout is awkward.

Lead Installer

Elena leads installation. She labels every contact and will not leave until you have armed and cancelled the system yourself.

Monitoring Lead

Priya runs the monitoring desk standards: what a specialist says, what they never guess, and when they escalate a life-safety alert.

Systems Designer

Julian designs panel layouts and Wi-Fi paths so a camera in the backyard does not depend on hope.
