Notes worth opening.

The Gray email list is a short letter about home security: sensor batteries, how to brief a sitter, where a camera should not point, and changes to the plans on this site. We do not sell the list. We do not send a message every day. Most months you will see one or two notes, plus anything you must know if you are already a customer and the message also belongs in your service email.

Subscribing here is separate from having an alarm account. You can be on the list without buying a plan, and you can leave the list without ending monitoring. Use the unsubscribe page whenever you want the notes to stop. We keep the email address only as long as you stay subscribed, unless we still need it for an open quote or an active service, which we explain in the privacy policy.
